what is this? help!!!

Help me to identify this folding knife please.
It is about 5.5" long closed.
is this for carpenters? ... how old is it?

I think that I would call it a sportman's knife. It looks like shot-shell pullers on the end. Neat knife, never seen one of those before, by Boker

Ditto on what Murph said. The tang stamp was used between 1870-1944.
The tree tang stamp looks similar to the one shown for 1915 in this image from Goin's Encyclopedia of Cutlery Markings.
