Production Totals Increase

Post by keithw »

This was interesting to me....
I was looking through GEC's website and started looking at their production totals over the years.
I was surprised at the 2014 numbers:

SFOs 6128
Tid. 5335
NF 3783
GE 1421
F&F 1240
Clubs 542

Total: 18,509 knives

I manually counted these, so don't hold me for accuracy.

That represents a big increase from startup.
I wonder how that compares to other US companies, Queen, Bear & Son, Canal Street, Case, etc. ::shrug::
I hope it doesn't grow to the point that quality suffers.

Interesting numbers Keith, looks like SFO's accounted for quite a bit of their production.

I'm guessing compaired to the other knife manufacturer's they would come in last.

Of the 2014's I've bought I see no drop in quality.... ::tu::

That's great news! I was looking at the totals and didn't want to total them up. I am sure Case and Buck is at the top of production. I wonder what Queen, Bear, Canal totals are?
