Easy Open Teardrop pinched bolster one armed jack or what?

Post by Capt. Farrel »

A long name for a small knife and I am sure GEC has a short number for that pattern.
I love those one armed jacks and was happy to find this one. It was EDCed by the previous owner but a few minutes in the shop got it back to it´s former glory. ::groove:: ::groove::

You have it looking like new. Very nice!

Maybe it was buffed off by someone who didn't like blade etches? ::shrug::

Oh, I buffed it myself but there was not a trace of an etch to be seen.... ::hmm:: Normally it´s hard to buff out an etch totally. ::hmm::

::shrug:: I'm no expert on the GECs. Maybe one of those who have a lot of them knows.

I used Mother's Mag to polish off the moose on my #66...comes off pretty easy with a little elbow grease.

Ok, maybe there was an etch after all. ::hmm:: The knife was used and had that greyish patina on the blade which I buffed off. ::hmm::

Yes, those GEC etches don't take much to erase them :)
