i turned up a northfield equal end jack this weekend...ebony scales, plumb worn out blades...
anyone have a clue as to how old?
tang stamp is Northfield knife company.
i have no ability to post a photo at this time...

AAPK Member: Pa Knives/David L. Anthony will most likely have your answer. Photo would sure help tremendously though..........sorry I can't help further

HI!

Depending on the way it is stamped will date it. If it says just Northfield it is after 1930, if it has UN-X-LD it is 1880's to 1919 If it is curved or not will help too. NEED a pic of the tang to be sure.
