That Washington Jack is the best looking new knife I've seen in ages, tried (and failed) to get one. OH

My Washington Jack with Cocobolo handles showed up in today's mail. Sorry about the pictures. I had to use one of GEC's pictures because mine are really bad. It surprised me that it came with the little button you keep seeing in pictures of the knife. Thought you might also like to see the label on the back of the tube. I'm loving these bolsters.

Thanks fellers. For it's closed length of 3¾" it feels larger. It's a very substantial knife.

Edit: Finally got some acceptable pictures taken this morning. The half-stops on both blades are crisp and the snap is like a brand new bear trap. Good job Charlie.

Fantastic knife Jerry - fitting tribute to the great classic old knives - Charlie knows his business! OH

Thanks Perry. It was the bolsters that snagged me. I have three English Jacks with those bolsters and it was love at first sight.

Good to see you posting. I guess it's good to be so busy you don't have time for your hobbies but we miss you.

Thank you Jerry, it's funny how the swings occur but I have nothing to do with it. Feast or famine ya know. My wife and I also sell a lot of antiques online so that takes up even more time. I wish that I hadn't missed out on these but you can't win them all. I want one of the Autumn Bone 77s. Just stunning knives! ::ds::

And here it is Frank! I like to call it dirty polished stag Washington 77, not everyone's cup a tea but mine certainly.
Also the Mike Latham or "Marlow" in Abalone handles. With a Clip and a Wharncliff blade, it's a winner winner chicken dinner! ::ds::
