Love those ebonies Trand!

You all will have to disregard the rosewood John Lloyd shadow for purposes of this thread, but here are two of my GEC woodies an ebony 68, and a cocobolo 72:

The 45 has some really black scales on him, the 73 is my newest carry knife.

I agree Monk; I'd like to see Great Eastern do more in that exact pattern with some nice wood or bone. How about some Tulip wood, or Kingwood, or even Purpleheart? ::shrug:: Desert Ironwood would be something truly special! ::pray::

From the top; ebony, tulip wood, kingwood, and purpleheart. The kingwood is really nice; hard, fine grained, and decently figured, but they'd all look cool. 8)
