Case 75 pattern scales
I'm assuming (danger!) that either Case 6275 or 6375 wear the same scales. I'm looking for the pile side, or a good matching set of scales. Or if you have a worn out old knife, maybe the whole thing, just because. Trying to replace (pile side) brown bone on a 70's era 6375 Case, if that helps

Saw your post and I don't think they will be the same, the 6275's have a small cut out/EZ open for the nail nick on the spay blade, pile side. The mark sides look the same.
Just grabbed two 6275's and a 6375 and here is what they look like:
