Looking for some Case Redbone

Post by glennbad »

I have a repair project where the pile side of this peanut is missing...

I would like to try to match the redbone as close as possible. Culpepper doesn't real have anything close.

Does anyone have an odd cover they'd be willing to trade, maybe from a larger folder?

Thanks,
Glenn

Glenn,
Do you think this would work?
I think it is off a Schrade, but could be from a Camillus or Boker I guess.
The jigging is different but you will probably buff out part of it along the edges anyway.
You may even be able to modify the jigging some to make it look "more Case."

If you want it, let me know & it will be in the mail.

That could be a possibility. If someone doesn't come along with something closer, I may take you up.

Thank you for the offer Dale!
