Nice 501 from a member

Hoyt Buck produced the first Buck Knife in 1902. Hoyt and his son Al moved to San Diego and set up shop as H.H. Buck & Son in 1947. Al Buck revolutionized the knife industry in 1964 with the infamous Model 110 Folding Hunter. The company's innovative history and attention to quality have made for many great collectible knives.

Found this at the AAPK store. Has a nice story to go with it. He sent it in to buck to get it fixed and it looks like they sent him a new knife. Buck warranty rules!

Thanks Dale

if you click on the pic it comes round to where it should be

Nice knife!

I've wanted to try one of these since I inherited a 1980s 501 box with a lot of knives from my great-uncle. $33 was a lot of money for a knife now, let alone back then.

Nice Buck Knife, think you will enjoy that one; 'ole Dale is a great guy to deal with - knows a lot about knives too. OH
Ps Welcome to the Buck sub-forum at AAPK.
