When I sent my 110 back last spring it took over a month to get it back. They sent me a brand new one (I sent them a new one also) that was awesome and I was very pleased. Two months is some time but I guess it depends on what your having done to it. In my case I guess they just replaced the knife so it only took 4 weeks??? They are cool to work with and if you call I am sure they will make you whole.

My 2 dot 110 made it home yesterday. They replaced the lock and buffed it up. It looks like a new knife.
Thanks again,
wazu013

My 055 came home this last Saturday. It only took two months but she came back with a new blade and all fluffed and buffed, shining like a diamond in a goat's a--.

Yes sir, Colonel. I have no complaints. I marked it so they really did swap out the blade and not the whole knife, but you can't tell just by looking at it.

Buck did a bang up job on that 55. 8)
They have always had an awesome repair shop though.

A while ago I sent in an old 110, it took a couple of months to get it back, but it was right before hunting season, so I think they get real busy right then. Before I sent it in, it had really heavy denting in the brass bolsters and the locking mechanism failed. Buck did an awesome job at repairing the old knife and it's looked brand new when I got it back. You could still make out some faint dents, but it was beautiful.
