Odd Robeson USN MK2

Post by Rifleman »

A buddy of mine picked this up at a gun show yesterday. It has a brass pommel that he nor I have ever seen before.I read somewhere that Robeson made three variations of the MK2.Anybody here know which variant this one is,or what it is?The pommel looks like a skull cracker.

The pommel is painted black and some has rubbed off and the brass is showing.

Nice looking knife...the handle seem's to be a bit long, is that a spacer between the leather and the pommel..?
