Old Kitchen Knives From My Great Grandmother

Here are some misc items I was lucky enough to save from my german great grandmother. The 4th knife down has bone handles. The top knife and single picture gets used a lot. The garden spade was something I remember her using all the time.

Great! I love old kitchen knives. That trowel is a good one too. I've got an old cleaver made in Boston Mass. The stamp isn't good but looks like Nicholson Bros.

i don`t know the age of the Trowel but I say it is fairly old by the looks of it ::nod::

Look nice and well made! I have an old cast iron skillet that belonged to my grandmother.

This is the fork my grandmother cooked with. Turned meat, stirred gravy, ate with it. She cooked on a wood burning cook stove until the day she died an early death (age 61) in 1957.
