Help with ID no stamps anywhere

I bought this on Ebay. No idea of the history. Blade is about 1.5 inches long.
Scales are? Horn?
The nickle silver liner wraps around the handle scales like little frames. The sheild looks to be stapled into the liner.

The spear point blade is carbon steel.

Slim elegant gentelmans knife that has seen alot of use but not been over sharpened.

I believe it was made by Imperial in the 1930's. I have one that is nearly identical except for the handle material. Here is a picture.

Yes it does have the same shape and vibe as your knife. The liner actually "folds over" the edges all around the handle scales sort of like a jewelry srone bezel. Like it was crimped over the scales.
I never saw that before. It gives me the feeling is was prety cheap knife. But i like the looks of it.

OP knife has handle pins, so the wrap-around liners are not single-handedly holding the handle slabs onto the knife.

K7K's knife has no handle pins.

Nor does this patented Robeson. No idea who made the OP knife, but I agree Imperial or Colonial or Providence.
