vintage voss cut co germany stag congress hen rooster?

Is this knife a hen and rooster it says voss cut co germany on every tang stamp but doesn't have any outlines of chickens on any tang stamps what would be an age and value on this knife thanks

Case93, I would say without the rooster not made by C. Betram. I have one Hen and Rooster congress with the Guttmann stamp. Goins says Voss had 2,3,and 4 blade knives with just Voss stamp. Doesn't say who made them but were sold by Fife Cutlery of Mt. Sterling Ky. Carters and Meyers of Scottsville Ky. There should be a number on the back of the tang. Nice stag congress though.
