You have a really nice knife there. ::tu:: It is valuable, I have not seen a stag version of this Cutco. Have you tried finding one like it on Ebay in completed listings? I kind of wish I hadn't sold mine, might want to hang onto that one!

this post is terribly old so you're probably not worried about it anymore. However my dad was vice president of Vector Marketing who handles the sales of Cutco Cutlery. The copper red pocket knife was originally sold for probably around 250 to 300 in the late 80's early 90's. Any cut co knife is insured for life in any condition if you snap the blade off of it and still have the hilt and mail it back to him I believe now they charge $5 that used to be free they will repair sharpen replace the knife and mail it back to you for the life of the product. That is why Cutco is so great is the warranty is guaranteed for ever

I just found the one I've had for close to 30 years. Still in the box and never been used. Anyone interested?

Hi Bert, you hit on something I know, Cutco is the best knife made peroid, theres nothing to add, except if it isn't prfect Cutco will make it that way, thats the way it has been and always maybe will be George God bless

I checked on your Copperhead Cuto, their worth $125.00 mint, Cutco only made 600 or 700 of them.
