Buggie, number 3 on the bottom is a factory made Helle.

You are correct on the others. Hopefully Chris will see this and fill in the blanks on the makers.
I remember the top one is Russian, Number 2 on the bottom is Japanese, and number 4 & 5 are by a South African knife maker named Theuns Prinsloo.
