I have a question about making a strop.
Do use the smooth or fuzzy side of the leather to polish off the edge?
I have been using the fuzzy side and it does work. Not sure if that is right.
I want to get it right before I glue the leather to the board I made.
Thanks.

Re: strop question
Bill,
Make two. The fuzzy side with simichrome added is great for polishing.
Use the other one smooth side up for your edges.

Re: strop question
fuzzy side to "rough it in" slick side for really polishing it down
