Put a piece of scotch tape over the handle and trace out the hole.
Remove tape and apply it to your shield material. 5 minutes with a jewelers saw, and you have your shield.

Edit: I see that you need a FACTORY shield. Sorry.

MrB I believe this is the sheild that goes with that knife. Sorry I don't have one though.
