Post by sbarrett »

i am new to knife repair, but i have an older brother who is a vietnam vet that loves knives, even though he has very little income,he somehow aquired a microtech atcf d/a that will not close properly.he asked me to try my hand at repairing it.i am an automotive machinist, not a knife repair expert, but i do have equipment, lathe bridgeport etc.i have searched a lot on the internet, but cannot find a parts breakdown of this knife,i was wondering if anyone might give me some direction with this problem, just trying to help an old vet in need, thanks for looking.

Don't know anything at all about the knife so can't give you any suggestions. Look at this page and see if it helps you?
