Very nice T.J. Looks like they may have shared a "bone yard" with Camillus. Spectacular bone handles.

You need to put that guitar down for a minute and get to work on a display for all those fine old bone handles you've accumulated.

I should but I'm not that creative in that sense. Maybe I can look for a shadow box to use. Did you see the Boker U.S.A. that I just bought? Great Roger's bone.

ps - still waiting on my knife case from Queen ::facepalm::

Ken Daniels replied to my emails almost immediately. He told me to get hold of Ashley Wright who I finally talked to after three days of leaving phone messages. Seems they're out of stock on the item. I wrote her an email yesterday AM for an up-date but have not heard back yet ::facepalm:: Doesn't seem to me that this item would be too hard for Queen to get.

If they had to place another order with Hickory and they had to acquire the materials to make them, then get them on the production schedule, etc, etc... It could be months. I can wait if someone just tells me the facts. Otherwise... Image

Sorry it's not working out as expected. Sure takes the shine off of things.

I seem to recall when you got that one a year or so ago. My lust meter pegged and I've been watching for one ever since. Those little babies go for a few bucks. Very nice leg knife ::tu:: ::tu::

Here is one I picked up sometime last fall, sort of a half-girl scout with green Delrin handles, but with a federal shield and two blades. OH

Since the OP I've found two more. Stamped with a patent number instead of Utica.

I bought a couple in '11 at the semi-annual flea market and gave them to my grandsons.

There was a super steal and deal on eBay this Spring so I picked up several of these little coping knives.

For me a special find (also this Spring). A Utica stamped 72 clone.

I wonder how many of those 72 clones were contract knives made by Camillus? ::shrug::

Quite a few. That was a very popular pattern. A perfect carry size. I have several tang stamps I'm sure were made by Camillus. I'm pretty well convinced this Utica wasn't though.

Monk that is a pre 1937 stamp and the etch is my favorite etch hands down!! Here is a little one I picked up not long ago. It's a Pocket Pard that Utica made to go with the Parker pens of the same era. I have 2 others in the box but I have always wanted a green handled one.
