Vintage Pocket Knife Wrappers

Post by knifeaholic »

I don't recall ever seeing a thread on AAPK to show the wrappers that knife companies used to wrap pocket knives, so I thought I would start one.

To start, here is a Belknap Hardware/John Primble wrapper.

Case - this is an older one in that it has the "Guarantee". Case used this one from the Tested era til the mid 1970's, when for some reason the guarantee was removed.

Thanks Steve for starting this thread, I’ve been hunting wrappers for awhile. My favorite one is the blue Cattaraugus one I got inside of a rare brown Cattaraugus box. I got the Flylock wrapper with a Cattaragus marked double auto, mint in a Cattaraugus box

Very nice rare items everyone. Mike those are amazing. Got this online. Might be a reprint. I’ve seen some in a collection of paperwork from the factory and it is the same so not sure.

Some great knife wrappers shown.
Here is a Schrade Walden automatic knife sitting on its original wrapper.
