Stole this picture from an eBay auction Mike Sexton had up. I think the shield is really neat.

Here are some pics from an active internet auction for a Henry Sears four bladed surveyor pattern double-ended jack.

Quite a great pattern and I think the large shield is worthy of this thread.

Edit: nearly forgot as it was during my search of this forum about 45 minutes ago. JACK KNIFE BEN showed a big Cattaraugus with one of these on it also.

That's a "Flowery Bow-Tie" (name just created by me, QTCut5, on another thread in Case Collector's Forum: "What's this shield called?")

Here are a few cool shields from my collection. I know the Northwoods arrowhead and the Ka-Bar dog head shields have already been posted...but now you get to see the knives they are on as well.

I picked this knife up at an antique store yesterday. It is a H&B from New Britain Conn. I cannot find any info on this and have been told the shield is rare any info would be appreciated value age etc.

I've saved most all the shields shown in this thread on my PC. I scrolled through them and did not see this shield that showed up on a Belknap Hardware Congress. Nothing fancy but a little different.
