Pardon my ignorance but GEC are a bit new to me.
Is that red jigged bone & carbon steel?

That's a Tidioute with jigged bone (maybe diamond jigged) and 1095 steel. At least that's how Bill Horn has it listed on his site. So far, that I can recall only the GEC name had 440C stainless, Tidioute and Northfield had 1095 carbon steel.
