Great looking pumas guys. I confess I know nothing about them but y'all sure have some lookers.

Re: Puma Folders
Is there a way to positively tell a "made in Solingen" Puma from the recent outsourced knives? I know if they say SGB they are the latter. Other indicators?
Re: Puma Folders
There are some really nice knives posted here. I think that these two by Wazu (left) and Knife7Knut (right) are my favorites so far.

Re: Puma Folders
Puma!
If I post up a few of mine would you give an honest evaluation?
I don't doubt you sir and I ask if you have the time to post your opinion, and experience of a neophytes collection
I LOVE Pumas but I love knives that you may disregard. I think I have special folders from the 80's. I may discover I have trash.
Pictures to come on another thread because your's are special, and your collection is specific.
I see the modern era (90's-00) are s... folders. BUT I think I have found a few in that era that might be more collectible.\
Some I will sell, and some I will pass on as valuable to me to my kid. I think specific Pumas are wayyyyy coolectable because they are different.
What I am asking is... can you evaluate my Pumas as a REAL TIME species of knife. Not to buy or sell but a realistic evaluation as to what they are?

Re: Puma Folders
I have no concern at all about pricing, Just about what they are as collectibles. Guess it's the same bro... sorry for the miscommunicate.(spell check did that).PUMAMADNESS wrote:A pleasure to help mate

If you don't mind I'll post a Puma thread about the knives I have, and await your opinion. Some I want to sell, and others I want to keep four my Kiddo.
What I don't get is people such as yourself that may have a million dollars worth of knives.
Are they for a Museum? Are they for your kids?
For ME they are new, and what I do not sell are for my kiddo.
I can't really see keeping anything, even tho I LOVE certain patterns..
Email me at any time because two brains are better than one,
