Pocket Knife Identification issus. (Russian)

Post by Peter Mario134 »

Hello, recently I got my hands on a pretty nice looking pocket knife but I just know nothing about it so I thought maybe someone here could help. I have very little details about it. I just know its russian and I tried many things to find out what it really is. Thank you guys for taking your time reading this. I can obviously provide more pictures but I just dont really know how to photographe it right.

Than you for your reply Eustace. I saw the picture but I couldn't find any more information on it. Do you have any idea how to find out a name or any other information about it ?

After 1917, the October Revolution and the creation of the USSR, production cooperatives called artels were created in place of the previous private producers.
Your knife was produced in one of these artels named "17 Party Congress" in the city of Pavlovo between 1934 and 1944.
17th Party Congress" - summer 1934 - "Congress of the Winners", also known as the "Congress of the Executed".
The 2nd Five-Year Plan for 1933-1937 was approved.
The foundations of heavy industry were laid (NKTP USSR, Sergo / Grigory / Ordzhonikidze -1886-1937).
A truly historical thing from those turbulent, tough, creative times.
