I will pay a fair price for the GEC Barlow with the patriot Handles. I recently let one go on Ebay because the price went beyond what I was willing to pay.
You can email me at redrooster@hvc.rr.com
Thanks,
George

Re: WANTED - Great Eastern Cutlery Barklow Patriot Handle
It took some legwork but I found one and I bought it. $69 delivered.
I also found out that all 50 made in that pattern were sold to SMKW.
BTW Gec is coming out with at least three new Barlows in 2008. Two of them will probably have non-spear main blades.

Re: WANTED - Great Eastern Cutlery Barklow Patriot Handle
I don't know why but regular Barlows are my favorite pattern. I don't care for the Grand Daddy Barlows though. I must have 20 Barlows from different manufacturer's in my collection. My GEC Barlows are quickly becoming my favorite though my Lockport, Ill made Cripple Creek Barlows and the single Columbia, Tenn made Col. Coon Barlow are tops too.orvet wrote:Great, I love a good Barlow!
For those that don't know what I mean by Lockport, Ill. or Columbia, Tenn., those are where the original Cripple Creek and Colonel Coon knives were made.
