Camillus 2 blade pen advertising knife - Wanted

A friend asked me to look into getting a replacement for a knife that his father gave him many years ago. It was a Camillus pen knife made as a give away for Monroe Hardware (in north Carolina, I believe). It had the usual two blades, opposing each other and one piece metal scales (nickel plated steel or brass) and brass pins. These were dated and marked "MONROE HARDWARE." I don't know what date he wants; but, I've seen one that his father gave a grandson that was dated 1975. Apparently, these were given each year to good customers. Any help would be appreciated.

I found one on ebay, the wrong year; but, right make and model for less than a dollar. Shipping was much more. I'm still looking for one of the early 1970's kind.
