I've been looking at the three-blade Hunter Trapper model (namely the BSA model with bright orange handles--practically loss proof!) as I don't need a bunch of stuff on a knife--usually in the woods a good sized blade and saw will work fine for my needs. Gut hook/strap cutter will be good for cutting twine and such--or even emergency use to remove seatbelts if need be.
How good is the saw on these compared to a Swiss Army Knife?

You may get better response in the Case forum instead of the Case Classic one.
