One last shot of Violet at work before we head out for the BLADE show.
I guess I'll be saying goodbye on Monday as I send her off to Cali. ::tear::

Said a sad goodbye to Violet today. I've carried this knife in my pocket every day for the past three weeks. She's a good looking knife that's not afraid of hard work. Glenn, ya done good!
Luis, she's on the way to you tomorrow! I'll send you a tracking number.

She arrived yesterday. Gonna put her to work tomorrow. The old Ford F100 needs a few adjustments so Violet will come in handy!

Having carried this beauty for a week, I can say she rides smooth in the pocket. I didn't put her to work too hard, mostly opening packages at work for shipping and receiving, cutting open bags for sample collecting and such. It holds an edge well and I have not touched it up at all. It remains as received. Even used her to cut lemons for my beer, with enough chili powder and salt to choke a horse. Its a good EDC and I don't think I would change anything, but a stronger spring would be nice. On Tuesday, she departs sunny southern California! thanks for the opportunity. Nice work for sure!

Dimitri, I'm going to assume you meant the knife and not the picture. ::shrug::

Had a good week with Violet. The knife was used for a variety of tasks and performed all of them very well!

I like a single blade knife and the Wharncliff style blade. I only had to touch up the edge once after I whittled a hard maple branch to make a peg for holding the door to my garden closed.

It was used on a construction project all week cutting drywall, cardboard, plastic, wood and anything else that needed cutting.

Nice job on this knife Glenn ::tu::

It will be on the way to Brian on Monday morning :wink:

So far I really like her. Perfect size and feels really good in the pocket. I'll give her some use and report back with pictures! I will say this, Glenn knocked it out of the park ::nod::

that's all for now ::tu::

well tried to post a picture of her but I keep getting an "internal server error from the site" ::shrug::

i'll try again tomorrow

here she is
