National Blade NJ USA Scrimsahw Knife

I had a hard time finding any info on National Blade. Hoping someone can enlighten me.....

I have this National Blade that looks as if the scrimshaw was done by the same artist. I know very little about mine but here's what I think I remember being told about it:

Made by Parker in the early 1980's
Knife made in Japan
Scrimshaw work done in New Jersey

I don't have a close up of the tang but you can see it in the last pic.
