Schmidt Germany 4 blade Mother of Pearl
I'm new and haven't figured out how to post a photo...but i have a general question about the knife listed. Its about 2 3/4 inches long, some rust on blades, one cracked side...and is marked only Schmidt Germany. Does this knife have any "value"??? Thanks

Re: Schmidt Germany 4 blade Mother of Pearl
Thanks for the photos. With the Germany stamp it was made after 1891 likely for export to the American market. I would estimate that it was made 1900ish to WWI. Sorry, I don't know much about the specific maker. Schmidt is a common name. It is a typical pattern in fair condition. It has some historical interest but limited monetary value IMO. I hope this helps a little s-k
