My default shorts pocket knife... a Leek. I THINK it has Sandvick 12c27 steel.
But have no way to tell for sure.

Love a Sodbuster. So practical, dependable and simple.
Work day so trying out a Kershaw Cryo. It's small enough to be discrete.
It's new to me and I really like it. Built like a tank.
Plus my good ole 34OT coming along.

Ken...that Wayne looks sweet. I have a few Japanese Wayne myself but cannot find any info on them. Do you (or anyone else here) know anything about them? Goins has a few references to Wayne (circa 1920-1940) but I'm not sure if the reference is correct. cheers

This Wayne is the only one I've ever seen but, it has become one of my favorites.
I did try a google search a few days ago which only produced some nasty sexual references.
I'd like to see pictures of your Waynes.

Dave -- Sounds like you've found a personal winner. Might as well give in. Looks like you're done for.

Here's a pic of the two, but I'll start a thread in General Discussion with more pictures, and to see if anyone else has any to show. Mine have been well used, but they sure are nice lookin'.

Just did a service job on the Polaris RZR. Quick test ride (pre long ride tomorrow) in the desert with these carries.

Oddly, while I love traditional swellend type jack knives, I don't really care for Barlows. ::shrug::
I do like the looks of that RR though. :)

Ain't that something. I have the identical twin of that Rough Rider barlow.
However it rarely ever gets carried.

That's a nice Whittler!
Thanks ken98k. I have a couple more RR Barlows too jpd.
One smooth brown and one gunstock type. I found them pretty well made and they're way under $10 delivered. Hard to beat.
