That's a byrd, which is an economy brand of spyderco. I used to have a couple but gave them to those in need of a knife, they're great for the money
I looked and didn't see any BYRDS with the little tear drops in the handle

I think they call those the byrd comet or something. All the names of knives and terminology associated with the byrd line are pretty wacky.

These are my absolutely favorite knives. I have one of each - but I need more ::woot:: ::pray:: ::skeptic::

That bone colored whaler is gorgeous! You don't carry it do you? I just know what my EDC knives look like after about a week. And just leaving a fingerprint on that steel blade can be a death sentence for it.

It may be a clone (Hey junebug! Help!) but if it's not it's a Spyderco byrd Cara Cara2.

8 pages to catch up but some really nice totes along the way. Spent all last week carrying these, then went 10 rounds with the influenza and lost 9 of 'em. Back to the world tomorrow...

Y'all sure are packing some fine knives. Me, same old Queen City trapper, SAK Climber, and Spyderco Military. But, I reached for my wallet today and found a big ol Case Sodbuster that's I'd stuck in my pocket earlier while I was cleaning up and forgot it was there. Lol. I think I'm well prepared.

Well it was in my back pocket with my wallet soooo. Plus when you're a big guy you have man sized pockets so you can carry a full sized knife. Heheh

That's the only plus to being a plus sized guy. Lol

That is some really rich colored red bone in your vintage Western Hunter Wade - nice! OH
