I've kind of developed a liking for the Remington Purina knives. They're all hard to find and don't come up often. One thing I've noticed is that on a genuine Remington knife the word Purina is in a block that blends into the checkerboard background. On the Camco, Kutmaster and other Purina knives the word Purina is in a rectangle separated from the checkerboard background. Of these 2 ebay knives one of them has had a Remington blade put into a Kutmaster frame. You can spot these at a glance once you notice the pattern.

Re: Remington Purina Knife
Bob, this is interesting to me, thanks for showing the difference in the handles. I just happened to have gotten a Kutmaster 3 blade Purina knife last week. Just looking at the differences in the 2 knives posted today, I like the Kutmaster handle layout the best. I guess it looks more balanced/symmetrical .
