All made in China I presume? They're notorious copiers - have been for decades. ::sneaky:: ::barf::

If so my opinion of Frost just went down another notch, if that's possible. ::barf:: Obviously he learned a lot from his partnership with Parker.............

Somehow I fail to see how any of those might possibly be past off as "vintage" at any time, except when they have actually become vintage to the 21st century.

They are so obviously not vintage as the word applies to the original manufacturers with those names.

Charlie, you don't think twenty years from now someone will try to pass any of those off as "the real deal"? I don't have your faith in human nature. Just call me Mr. Cynical.

I have absolutely no doubt re' the depths of human nature.
What I doubt is that any of those could be passed off as original, vintage, antique or collectible American made pocketknives.

I agree they are poor examples and won't fool the guys on this forum but give them some years to age, naturally or artificially, and I do believe you will see them passed off as the real deal. Or let somebody buy a bunch of those Honk Falls knives, take the blades out and put them in an old frame as some do.
Then all that remains to be done is to put them on a RED background, call them vintage and let the bidding begin.
I sure hope I am wrong on this. ::td::

Wouldn't surprise me to see someone "antique" or "parts" a few of these for a quick buck on the eBay. ::barf:: ::skeptic:: I hate to see Frost or SMKW reproduce things like this, can only lead to problems for us collectors. ::doh::
