Glennbad Birthday Custom!!!

Post by Colonel26 »

Tomorrow is the big one (in my best Fred G. Sanford voice), I'll be 40 years old. Unbeknownst to me a friend of mine in Texas some time ago commissioned Glenn to do a TL-29 conversion scaled in interior ram's horn but left it up to Glenn's imagination as to the other details.

Needless to say Glenn has exceeded all previous efforts with this one. It's fantastic! It's probably the prettiest knife I own, classy, well put together, and looks like something that could have jumped out of a knife catalogue 100 years ago. I love it. And look what he did with the screwdriver blade. Outstanding!

Thanks Glenn!

Happy birthday Colonel. Beautiful job Glenn did on that knife! The horn on the reverse side has a unique grain.

Thanks guys. Dinadan you're right. It does have a unique grain. It looks like it'd be rough, at least a little. But it's glass smooth.

The shield is awesome. It didn't come out as well in my pics. But it's very nice.

Congratulations on a successful trip around the sun. What a great idea for a conversion. I imagine there will be many requests for that screwdriver/caplifter conversion.
