My guess is a cut down bayonet that's been re-handled with the different pommel? Not sure about why no markings?? Just a guess.

Hard to see master blade stamp, but I am thinking this is the IMPERIAL Knife Co. Not the New York Knife Co. that also produced Hammer Brand Knives.

I doubt this will be reversed. This administration is all about TAX, TAX, and more Tax, and once it's in place it will be hard to get rid of. That's a huge drop from $20,000 down to $600.00.
