Several things come to mind.
Faulty ammo
Headspace problem
Faulty ammo
Headspace problem
The manufacturer will probably tell you that it is not the ammo but a problem with the gun.
My question is:
Was the split shells all from the same gun or different guns?

Anyone else but me thinking it's weird how you hear how Russia is this terrible communist country......yet they still carry knives and guns? If the first story would've happened here in America they would've all been up in arms about the guy having an evil gun and knife with him in the first place. ...

Re: 1x30 sand/leather belts
Industrial abrasives are good belts. However, I recently tried some of the new trizact or whaterver they are called belts in the major knife supply catalogs and they are the cats meow! I haven't had time to try them out as far as durability goes, but I would suspect with proper use they should outla...

Last year (or maybe the year before I can't remember) I got a smart phone complete with the internet so I could look up gun prices while at gunshows. Works good for that or when I'm setting in a doctors office or something I can get online and browse while waiting. Keeps me from falling asleep. :lol...

All the more reason to repeal it. When it went through the Supreme Court Roberts said it was what it was....a tax. And taxes can be repealed. Call your Congressmen and women and voice your opinion about it. Get out and vote mid term elections and if the republicans can keep the house and gain the se...

since you feel your male sibling who is the elder may be listening I would say for me, Mr. Smith and Mr. Wesson, I prefer to have a very special thirty eight body for a guard. Re: Blades that don't close completely
Actually should be just the opposite. The blade should be in the upper 50 to low 60 range and springs should be in the 4o's - 50's on the Rockwell C scale.RobesonsRme.com wrote:Not a metallurgist, but I suspect the blade steel is hardly ever as hard as the spring steel.

My daughter spent a summer in Italy a few years back via college and she bought me a knife when there and had it shipped home. She bought it, shipped it, came home a few weeks later, and the knife still didn't show up for another couple of weeks after she got home. ::shrug:: Anytime you have to deal...

I may be wrong but I believe this has been voted on before under different administrations....but again I could be wrong. One thing I've come to realize in all this latest gun scare is that the true redblooded american is fed up with how things are going and are starting to fight back. Not only have...

We wound up getting @ 7-8 inches over here in Booger County wb58. It's deep enough our beagle/bassit mix rubs her undercarriage in it! Unrolled a bale of hay for the cows and their new calves to lay in before coming to work today.....they sure liked that! This will put a hurt on fishing for awhile.....

Re: One Gun Manufacturer's Response to Unconstitutional Gun
Shame it's coming down to this.....but unless the rest of the gun makers do this it won't have any teeth to it. They will just purchase from someone else. And if that doesn't work the government will step in and give them their weapons. So, while I agree with the stance.....I have my doubts as to th...

Sorry pigsticker you won't find primers either.
Everything is gone right now. I've been told by my distributors they think maybe they will start seeing some ammo in April....I'm figuring at least August at minimum for some powder and primers to start trickling in.....maybe....

Re: Case steel, New vs. Old. What's the difference?
Just speculation here on my part but they may be using the same steel from a different manufactorer. Think about all the steel mills that are gone in America and it might be why the difference. Lots of steel made in Japan nowdays from what I understand.
