circa 1860-1880. That tang stamp was used on German made knives during that time period. I'm likin' that one! ::tu:: Usually a curved blade like that was a pruning blade. As old as that knife is, it could also have had its shape "refined" by the original owner.... That knife has it all! b...

H. Boker's Improved Cutlery

I've been trying to find some more information on this stamp: H. Boker's Improved Cutlery. I hope someone here on the forum can help. It's a 13 blade/tool knife. Not sure how old it is and whether it was made in the US or in Germany. And what is that 'hawkbill-looking' blade for?

A PRESTO Paratrooper - black wormgroove plastic handle, clip blade, bail. Still unopened in original wrapping paper. So I guess we just have to imagine what it looks like...:-)
