I have a small half round diamond dust sharpener made by Gerber that I carry in my shirt pocket, mainly cause it also has a place to sharpen HOOKS hahahah

I have a Paker Hale .270 but I use RemOil on all of my guns, I dont think I would use it on anything (Cell)

The blurred castle could be the crown of IMPERIAL, I am pretty sure they had a design like that at one time but I am far from an expert.
