I may try some dish sooo and a tooth brush with warm water. Then lay the wd to it.

I’ve always just kinda raked it out. This one had the most I’ve seen. Do you all use any solvent.

Would trade to an older XX OR 65-69. All blades have really good snap. And if you hold your head right and know where to look you can still see some of the flesh only stamp.

Blade pan question

What does that mean. It was first scratched into blade pans?
I’ve read at one point they stamped it with a X before the heat treatment. Then after. I was just curious what the first sentence in the pic was referring to.

The blade locks up tight in the open position. The little slide lock on the side moves firmly like it should lock the button. But it does not work.

Works as it should.

Fires and locks like it should. Little slide lock on the side does not work. Blade has some side to side play.

Peaks out a little when closed.
