Re: I just ordered a AKC slim line (7.75") swedge blade Lever Lock.
I have one in burl and it is one of the few Italians that is actually a user. The slims and leverlettos are very good knives. The blade geometry is useful and they seem to keep a tight lock-up with much use. JMHO. Greg

Re: Factory or not copperlock with stars and bars
I figured I'd get some well thought out responses. Thanks fellows. It was done quite well. I know the symbol has been twisted out of sorts. I'm an old southern man and a careful reading of history can enlighten folks about the true nature of the southern revolt. We're all told it was a slavery issue...

Factory or not copperlock with stars and bars
Never seen this before. Did Case produce a copperlock CV with the stars and bars emblem inlaid? Gave a fair price for it being a copperlock CV and would like to verify if factory. Thanks Greg

Here's a pic of a knife that's been in the family since the depression. Is this similar to what you have?

A custom auto conversion of Case Sharktooth by Muskrat Man
Folks the knife is in. Words don't convey how happy I am with it. Kaleb exceeded all of my expectations. It fits together so tightly when open that it feels like a fixed blade, it opens with ease and has a flush button so there is no chance of accidental firing. Perfectly centered when open or close...

Re: Lone Wolf Lobo went through the wash?
pure grain alcohol, then blow it out or hairdryer. The alcohol will absorb the water, disolve crud and the air will clear it out. Works on guns every time. Gotta watch the finish on some items.
If by chance that doesn't fix it; drink the alcohol and you won't care for quite some time

Mighty impressive collection. I have a few but all mine are users. I can't even imagine shaving with anything but a straight after the last 4 decades. Enjoy the shavers and the collectors. You have a mess of great razors

Queen uses a process that looks similar in texture and they call it Amber Carved Stag bone. It's a very nice looking knife you have there; makes me want one. Greg

I don't collect cut-throats; I have used them for about 45yrs. From the top my old trusty Dovo, then Case XX, then Tru-steel, then unknown, bottom a Dubl Duck. The last 3 razors were Grand-dads. The DD is probably my favorite but they all get rotated. The honing I do as needed- which is not often; s...
