Re: Guns & Gun Related Stuff
The buck is now at a taxidermist getting a European style mount and he will age him. As a whole Pennsylvania has had some very nice bucks taken over the years but the really big body, big rack deer are taken in the Midwest. Our flintlock season starts right after Christmas and will run a few weeks. ...

The knife measures at 4 5/8 inchs closed. I don't think the spey is oversized, that's just how they where made back in the day. I believe Case made a smaller version recently but not sure in the Tested Era. Thanks for the comments guys. Mike

My ride on a C141 went like this. As a military policeman with the 64th MP Detachment in Worms Germany my 1st Sgt got me prisoner escort detail out the the jail in nearby Manheim. Approximately 15 of us from around the 95th Battalion got to ride along with the prisoners until we reached Ft. Leavenwo...

Thank you all for the birthday wishes. The wife and I would usually spend the day at camp near Ludlow than ride over to GEC and pickup a couple off the showroom floor, not this year. Everyone take care and stay healthy. Mike

Here is my 5025-5 with the Bakelite pommel. Picked it up a little over three years ago and our very own David Anthony (Pa Knives) put me in touch with Brad Wood. Brad also told me that it's only one of four that he's aware of. One interesting thing he noted was the sheath although period correct was...

That rifle preferred CCI standard, I never tried the premium stuff. With a 16 inch barrel I figured an inch was pretty good.tongueriver wrote: ↑Tue Oct 22, 2019 8:44 pm What would make a stock 10-22 shoot tighter groups besides trying different ammo? And what ammo does your gun like?

Camillus, if you're referring to the pic posted by rangerblue that rifle is a AR15 model SP1 with the old style hand guards and bayonet lug ( pre ban). I believe he just pulled a pic to show the difference between the two.
