Re: Schrade knife
Is there any books on the early Schrade pocket knives? From a little research it appears the bone jigging is a early type of jigging called (pick jigging). Does this sound correct? As far as a pattern number the closes I found is a 256?

Schrade knife
I haven't posted on the forum for a while. I have been collecting Colt autos and the knife collecting has been slow. I did stop by the local trade days today and bought this knife. I know nothing about Schrade's. I thought for $55 I could use it as a carry knife. I would like to know more about it. ...

PRICE DROP ON THE 6318 $56 shipped.
I just noticed pin crack at the center pin on both sides, there so small you have to use a loop to actually see them. Sorry for the misrepresentation.

Blue, where did you get the frame? I am in the process of building one myself. I was wanting to find an original Colt 1911a1 frame, but the ones I have found cost as much as a handgun.

Way to go congrats Garddogg and Philco.
Haven't had any luck yet, kinda looking for this one, waiting for him to step out in daylight, but will not pass a decent buck. Going back out this afternoon.

Camillus, How do you like the Kimber 22 Target. Is that a 22 conversion kit or did Kimber make a 1911 22? I know that the conversion kits are almost as expensive as buying a 22 pistol. I have been looking at the browning 1911 22's they feel good and looks like they are well made the only draw back t...

I just used my visa to order from MidwayUSA, no problems. If that is the case, its not limiting my rights it just bad business on visa's part, pay with cash. I think we should destroy all credit cards personally.
