All good comments, I would hope the brass lock back will turn out to be an Olsen, which is a new one to me. Wouldn’t surprise me if it was an import, but the retired Navy gent these belonged to might have shied away from imports, unless he picked it up in some foreign port of call. Hope to find out,...

I think that's what I meant (is this a good deal.) I definitely like everything Schrade USA, but these Beasts seem a bit clumsy looking.
New in the package must be getting harder to come by.

Tom was great to work with! I sent a request for certain Schrade patterns, and he had them! Multiples of them! Tom sent photos and the prices were very fair. Looking forward to receiving a package soon. I was sent a tracking number and even a photo of the package clearly showing the correct address!...
