AAPK / eBay Consignment Program

Cost is only 12% of sales plus all eBay fees and PayPal fees incurred from the sale and collection of payments. We will use our best judgment to choose the style of auction to run, the best starting prices, etc. to achieve the maximum value.

We have been selling on eBay for several years now, and our track record speaks for itself. Please view our current auctions and feedback to get a glimpse of our style.

Procedures...

You will need to send a list of your knives to Bryan Sanders (bryan@allaboutpocketknives.com).

Please include any of the following information that you can provide for each knife...

1. Brand or maker
2. Model or pattern number (if available)
3. Handle material (if you know)
4. Condition (Use our knife grading page if possible.)
5. Any other extra feature (does the knife come with a box, sheath, etc.?)

If they meet our requirements, we will send you a confirmation email stating that we received your list and that we are ready to sell your items.

After you receive our confirmation email, you will be asked to send the knives to us at…

Please include your name, telephone number, and address in the box with the knives. You will be responsible for shipping costs, and we will take full responsibility for the knives as soon as they arrive.

Shortly after we get them, we will put together and run a professional 7 day auction for your items at eBay that will include:

1. High Resolution Photography
2. Quality Detailed Descriptions
3. Management of all auction Inquiries

Once your item(s) sell, AAPK will manage the financial transaction, handle the packaging, and arrange for shipping.

The buyer will have a 7 day inspection period, so we will need to allow those 7 days plus 3 to 4 days for shipping time to expire before we can send payment. If there are no complaints from the buyer, we will immediately send a check directly to you for the final sale price minus 12% plus all eBay fees and PayPal fees that accumulate from the sales.

Listing Schedule...

We will take pictures and write descriptions as soon as we receive your knives. Upon completion, we will begin listing the knives on the first available evenings during peek internet usage hours. If you have more than 5 knives, we will sometimes list them over the course of several days. We will then run each item for 7 days.

1. The knives that you want us to sell for you must have a combined value of $100 or more.
