All About Pocket Knives

Well ya have to go back over 100 yrs to explain this great Marbles knife folk's

This is the Dall DeWeese pattern hunter that first went into production at the Marbles Gladstone, Michigan factory in 1907. Marbles produced this knife from 1907 to 1931. This design was inspired by Dall DeWeese, a noted Canon City, Colorado big game hunter who often hunted with President Theodore Roosevelt

This special reproduction, which was done in the Marbles Custom Shoppe in Gladstone Michigan is retro-style reproduction taken to a new height. Even the oil tanned old style Marbles leather tube sheath is included in this package. The way this knife and sheath is copied, makes this a special package you just do not see very often

Knife is 7 1/2" OAL with a 4 1/8" blade. Top of backspine of blade has the deep cut notches for thumb or forefinger to make holding this knife a breeze while preforming several different cutting tasks

Blade is stamped with the turn of the century Marbles stamp which reads : M.S.A. CO. Gladstone, Mich. USA Off side is stamped : Custom 2003 The blade also has "Dall DeWeese Pattern" etched on the side like the vintage version did
