Camillus Knives

Camillus Cutlery was founded in 1876 by a German immigrant named Adolph Kastor. It began in New York City as a German knife importer. In 1897, the company changed direction when trade tariffs crippled the import business. Kastor bought a knife manufacturer located in Camillus New York that became one of America’s great Cutlery Companies.
