Returns

Bryan's Knives allows a 7 day inspection period for returns. If you are not 100% satisfied with an item that you received from us, fill out this form within 7 days after you received, send your items back to us.

Please include the original receipt if you still have it and a short description of your reason for returning the item.

If you paid by credit card, please include that number as we do not keep credit card information on file. We'll also need your name, address and daytime phone number. We will refund your payment within one week of receiving your shipment.

If you haven't received a refund after one week, please give us a call, 217-821-8815, Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. CST.

Exchanges

Bryan's Knives allows a 7 day inspection period for exchanges. If you would like to exchange your purchase, simply send it back to us.

Please include your original receipt, if you have one, and a short description of the product you would like instead.

If you paid by credit card, please include that number as we do not keep credit card information on file. We'll also need your name, address and daytime phone number so we can get in touch with you if there is a difference in funds. Your exchange will be processed within one week of delivery to Bryan's Knives. Please allow seven to ten business days for the return shipment to reach you.
