As the title states. This book has both (authentic) signatures of Jim Parker and Bill Penley(see photos). This book includes the orginal and updated value guides (photos), a signed picture of the Remington Nascar, signed by Rick Mast (the driver)(photos). He was evidently there when the book was being signed by Parker and Penley. This is one of the VERY few editions that comes with this piece too. Absolutely MINT. Leather is not dried out either. Its been well kept in a cotrolled environment, and out of sunlight. TRULY a collector's dream. I have two copies, and this is the better.
